There’s no denying it, when we find ourselves in the perimenopause years many of us are swept into a sea of tenderness and vulnerability. Even if it’s just finding ourselves crying at adverts on TV, there’s often wave after wave of emotion. Sometimes we’re clear on the trigger, sometimes it just hits us. It helps to know that we’re far from alone in the stormy seas.

We have created a wonderful refuge of a guided womb massage followed by yoga nidra to meet the vulnerability with tenderness and love.
