One of the highlights of our retreats is the Womb Love, which combines self-care belly massage and visualisation. This is our 15-minute ‘Winter Into Spring’ guided massage and visualisation that will help you to nourish and heal your womb as you massage away any tension from your belly. As far as we know, no one else is using this particular combination of practices together, there’s even gentle Womb Yoga too, to make it super-powerful. You can use it to create a little self-love in your life and release what no longer serves you, all for the price of a sandwich.
It’s appropriate for those in their cycling years or in menopause, and anyone who needs a little kindness.
