One of the highlights of our workshops is the self-care massage (before lunch obviously). As a special treat for you, we have recorded a unique ‘Winter Into Spring’ guided massage and visualisation that will help you to nourish and heal your womb as you massage away any tension from your belly. As far as we know, no one else is using this particular combination of practices together, there’s even a bit of Womb Yoga to make it super-powerful! You can use it to create a little self-love in your life and release what no longer serves you.
