Take some time to sit somewhere quiet and listen to the opening meditation. You will need:
- 15 minutes of undisturbed time
- To come up with an intention for the program
- The support book, or a journal and a pen

All the prompts we offer are suggestions to explore. Use the prompts that you feel most called to. There’s no wrong way of doing this, there’s only your way of working through the program.
Do pay attention though, when you feel a charge or resistance, as there may also be useful information for you there too.
