In this 20-minute podcast episode we’ll hear how Lou manages heavy periods, how she cares for herself in each season, how her birth experience affected her ovulation, how Medicine Circles supported her, and most importantly the different kinds of rest Lou uses in each season.
Lou is a Menstruality and Cyclical Living Mentor, educator, speaker and Mum. She connects people to their cyclical nature so they can live balanced, authentic and fulfilled lives. After struggling with PCOS, Lou discovered Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA). This practice led to a deep inquiry into her own unique experience. Through this process, this not only healed her pain, but she now lives in a way which feels true and well paced. She offers talks, workshops, retreats and 1:1 mentoring online.
