Lizzy is your Inner Connection Coach. Born in Australia, living in Edinburgh, with her partner Bethany and their cat Percy. Her work is all about connection and belonging. She splits her time between her private one-to-one practice, and going into corporate businesses to drive menstrual cycle awareness in the workplace. She is on a mission to help people with menstrual cycles to come home their bodies, and find such a deep sense of belonging within themselves that they feel like they can take on the world.
